Identifying My Bass???

I recently came across an four string fretless electric bass for extremely cheap. The person I received this bass from had no idea as to who made it, except that he thought it was handmade in Italy. It has the letters AA imprinted at the top of the scroll. Can anyone help me out identifying the maker of this bass?

Pictures are uploaded.... one reason why the bass was so cheap was because it is missing pic-ups.

It looks stangely reminiscent of the Atilla Balogh Odyssey bass. Some one will know. I think I have seen this brand before on TB.

EDIT: Yes, Atilla Balogh. Not sure on the model though. They were a company out of Vancouver, Canada. Lovely stuff.
