Why so much drunkedness on talkbass lately?

Is it cool to be drunk again? I thought that was back in the 70s.

There's a theory that alcohol production was one of the drivers for forming societies. People have been using substances ever since they were discovered; it's a natural thing.

Maybe it's the holidays and people are celebrating?

Or it's the economy improving and they are celebrating?

Or, it's the the holidays and they are depressed?

Or, the economy is in the tank and they are depressed?

Or just..........musicians.

Or sometimes people feel like drinking?
