If you could change gender, would you?

indeed. Unless, psychologically you feel you could / would be defined better in reference to your emotional self by changing gender, then sure...otherwise, I don't see the point. I have enough fun as a guy. And I don't even play with my ding dong 24 hours a day...

I would make an incredibly ugly woman. I'd be open to the idea of trying it out, assuming:

a) it was on a trial basis for the duration of my choosing
b) it didn't involve anything too painful
c) I could pick the body (like I said, I'd make a very ugly woman)

Seems like an interesting experiment and opportunity to grow boobies with those caveats in place.

lol! Despite all that, I enjoy being female. I managed to avoid pregnancy. I don't bother with makeup unless I'm going somewhere special, and even then, it only takes about ten minutes. The time of the month thing can be a bit debilitating, but you get used it. It would be interesting to be in a male body for a day, just to grok that experience, but it's not something I crave. I feel fortunate to be comfortable with who I am and not to have to deal with gender identity issues. I have met several people over the years who made (or were in the process of making) the transition from one gender to the other and I admire their courage. It must be very difficult to grow up feeling like you're in the wrong body.

Yeah but I tend to agree with Trey Parker and Matt Stones outlook on this....it's bull plop. You become at best a shadow of the other gender, IMO. The differences are far more profound than surgery can account for.

If we're talking full out magical transformation then I'd love to try it for a month and get the full female experience (well to a degree). That way next time a woman complained to me about their period I could be like "yeah, not that bad, shut it"...not to mention plenty of time to get fully acquainted with the equipment and take notes and whatnot.

...I'd like to be a hot chick, who lives a better life in America when it comes down to it? but I'd rather be an ugly guy than an ugly chick any day.

To the OP: I would love to truly understand what it's like to be a woman, however I quite enjoy being a guy. :0)

Kate Bush stated in an interview that the lyrics to 'Running Up That Hill' are about how much better we would all get along if women and men could swap roles for a day.

I love Kate Bush, so I just had to throw that in there. :D
