Ilitch Electronics preamp and pickups?

I am in process of selecting parts for 5 string custom build bass. There is possibility to order pickups and 4 band preamp from Ilitch Electronics. I found that the company have good reputation and well respected manufacturers use their products (for example Suhr guitars and Vadim basses), but overall info about their products is very difficult to find.
If anyone have experience with their pickups or onboard electronics I will love to hear opinions.

Old thread, I know - did you end up ordering and installing those? How are they?

i knew about their miracle hum-canceling dummy coil systems, but didn't know they even did pickups and preamps!

I didn't find any info and finally ordered Kent Armstrong KS5 pickups & 2 band preamp.

As a side note I played recently with guitar player equipped with Ilitch Electronics version of P90 pickups & humcanceling system and they sounded very impressive.

It looks like they offer bass pickups & preamps to manufacturers only or at least that's what I understand from a local luthier.
