I'm back and a need a bit of help haha

Well I've been a member for a while I come and go

Recently I made the full change from guitar..to bass.

Been practicing alot...getting way better then I ever was at guitar lol

Anyways.

Last post I think was conforming that my guitar was a epiphone rock bass (that I bought for 25 bucks.)

Recently I traded a old vintage big muff v5. For a 200watt Genz Benz 1x12 amplifire. And I love it. (pedal only cost me $25 at an auction..with a super rare wah I'm still selling)

Anyways.

Not that I got a little set up going..and looking around for a band to jam with here in the Reno area.

I think it's possibly time I get 1-2 effects pedals.

I'm looking for distortion.. &. .???????
I'm not sure... Idk I never got into pedals even with guitars...

Help me out guys please?... I've tried to search pedals out and try them but dam there hard to find lol. Or only for display.

At least to pedals... And I'm on a budget yet again..... Under $100

if I keep it under $100. It would be an amazing set up.....

Epiphone rock bass = $25
Genz Benz 200wt 1x12 combo = traded for a pedal I bought for $15
15 ft fender cable = 16

So for my set up costs 56$.

Not bad right?

What do you reccomend for pedals

Sounds like you are a purchasing agent. My favorite pedal is the vT BAss but new it would cost over a $100. Another one I use from time to time is the Ibanez PD7. I am more into speaker cabs and heads than pedals. Maybe you'll get a dusty old Ampeg head and cab, then you'll toss your pedals away.....God luck and have fun....:)
