War? hmmm .......I spose ....hmm ....yeah.... we could do a war....... This conversation, or a close version of it, probably went down in the White House about 12 yrs ago. And if so it would rate as the baddest, expensivest sentence ever uttered, speaking of bad sentences like.......y'know?
