I've got a leftover push-on knob that fits many Crate amps with something like a 4mm knurled shaft. Blue insert (marker/cap). Also have a red insert and 3 more blue ones. All brand new.

How about $5 for the whole works, no paypal. Personal check is OK, or (?)
