the only laptops we have available to record are macbooks, none with firewire. this limits my band to USB recording, wich i know is gennerally not reccomended around here..
the only USB interfaces i could find all have 1-2 inputs besides the Tascam US1641..does anyone know anything about this unit? any reason not to use it? ill be recording with garageband, live takes with a 3 piece band...bass drums guitar.
do i have any other option?? we want to start recording our second album as soon as we can, and money/equiptment is all thats stopping us
