Double Bass Innovation availability

Hi,
I ordered Innovation Super Silver A,D and G strings on September 28th from Quinnviolins. They said they are still waiting for one string from Innovation to arrive. I wonder is there some sort of a problem in the manufacturing process or what could be the reason for this delay. Maybe @Jon Moody could help again

It's the same issue that everyone is still dealing with; pandemic-fueled shortages of materials and manpower.

I realize I must sound like a broken record, but the situation hasn't gotten any better. If anything, it's worse as places are opening up and our fellow musicians are gigging out again. I'd like to say we'll be more on track at a set date, but that would be foolish. I don't see an end for these issues any time soon.
