Bass looks quite nice, honestly the only Fodera I've liked the looks of.

Well I guess that answers the question.

The bass plays and sounds great. I got to try it out at NAMM. Kind of splits the middle between traditional J-Bass tone and Fodera. It is quite flexible and there is no other way that I know of (that's legal) to get your hands on the Fodera tone at that price point! Does it play like a Monarch 4-string? No way. But compared to anything else in its price range it smokes.
