iPhone app and subscribed threads

showing fine on my iphone using talkbass app. I can view all other threads no problem. I'm not saying you're not having a problem, I'm just saying we need to be able to reproduce it to solve it and so far I can't reproduce it.

I hate to give cliched helpdesk type responses, but have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

if after that, you are still getting problem, contact us via the helpdesk - 'contact us' link below. I think next step after that would be for us to log into the app as you and see if we get error on our devices. If so, that's perfect - we'll have reproducible case for developers to address.

Hi, I just installed iOS 5 (on my iPhone 4) and the app won't load my subscribed threads. They highlight in blue when selected and then nothing happens.

That's when my APP started crashing also, after installing iOS5 last night. Exact same thing.

An app update with fix has been uploaded the app store. Apple should push it out in the next day or so.
I talked with my son who's an Apple APP developer and computer software designer and says it may take Apple up to 2 weeks before they post an update because of the high demand right now for ios 5 patches.
Just to let you all know why it's taking so long.

Fixed!

Edit - although it's still going to the blank screen when you click on a thread causing to have to go back then go back that thread again before it will load. Not every time but hit and miss like it was prior to iOS5.

Hit and miss... That's why the grey/blank screen bug is so hard to fix. The developer cannot replicate the problem so he's got nothing to go on.

Why do I have to hit the thread link, see a blank page, return to the previous page, and finally hit the original thread link again before the page appears? This is making me crazy on both iPhone and iPad.

How about I send him my iPhone so he can see what's going on?!?! I don't see how anyone with an iPhone and iOS 5 can't replicate this gray screen debacle!!!

Maybe I'll hire my son to fix it... :p
