I sat here with the XD, the Proton V4 that came in the mail today, and my MicroTron.
The MicroTron won in the shootout.
The XD is just too wild for me. I also freaked my dogs out :roflmao:

Would love to trade it for a Chromatron so I can finish my shootout.
I'd also be interested in Chase Bliss's Warped Vinyl and a Future Impact.
    Something like that...

    No box, no velcro.

Am I the only one who thinks it's "too wild"?
I thought I blew my speakers a few times lol

You have to keep the freq knob up a bit and not crank the resonance all the way!

I love my XD. It's an extremely versatile pedal. It can do traditional wah or synth sounds at the flick of a switch or knob. You also need to spend some time with it in order to dial it in as is the case with most Iron Ether pedals. Once dialed in though, it's absolutely fantastic! Mine won't be leaving my board any time soon.

I felt the same way about my MicroQTron! Great sounds. Couldn't control it.

It’s literally my favorite pedal . It did take a day or two to get used to .
