is 60watts combo to much for apartment?

I also say that it's not the wattage, it's the volume knob. But I would suggest getting one of those little headphone amplifiers that plug into the bass output jack and any headphone, no one else can hear that.

Depends somewhat on the neighbors as well. Some are tolerant especially if you are on good speaking terms and have a nice little discussion regarding when you can practice and when they would prefer you don't. Also consider giving them your phone number so they can call.

If it's a concern, pretty much any amp is going to be a problem. Consider an option that uses headphones or ear buds.
 
neighbours are not that much concern for now , i already have one 20watts but i dont like sound , i just wanna know if 60watts are very louder than that or not so

How loud an amp can play is a function of both how much power the amp makes and how efficient the speaker is. So there is a good chance that a 60W combo can play louder than a 20W combo.

But whether it does or not is up to the user. Amps have a volume control exactly for this reason.

If you are curious, the decibel difference from 20W to 60W is 4.8dB.
Decibel change = Log(60/20) x 10 = ~4.8dB​

If sensitivity of the speaker in both combos is the same, then the 60W model should play about 4.8dB louder.

If the sensitivity is not the same, add or subtract the difference in the sensitivity ratings. For example if the 60W amp has a speaker with a 3dB higher sensitivity rating it will play 4.8 + 3 = 7.8dB louder. If the speaker in the 60W amp is 3dB less efficient, then 4.8 - 3 = 1.8dB louder.

Being that it's a combo, the specs may not include the sensitivity rating...but this is how it works.

Let's assume the speaker is rated 97dB 1W/1m. This means 1W is applied and 97dB is measured at a distance of 1 meter.

Calculated SPL at 20W and 97dB 1W/1m
[Log(20) x 10] + 97 = ~110dB​

Calculated SPL at 60W and 97dB 1W/1m
[Log(60) x 10] + 97 = ~114.8dB​

Notice the difference is 4.8dB, the decibel change from 20W to 60W.
 
I got rid of my Rumble 100 amp because it was overkill for my apartment. Just felt frustrating to dial everything way back, and like the speaker wasn't even getting a chance to move properly. Now I use modelling software, and I go through either headphones or little monitor speakers. I go direct when playing live, so I don't feel like I'm missing anything, and I'd rather have a great sound in software than a lousy mouse fart from an under utilised amp. But having said all that, a little 801 would be good to have :-)

Ah, well the dislike could be various things. More watts give you more headroom and maybe more tone. A bigger speaker could give you a more satisfying tone too, but generally more speaker = more volume. Or maybe you just don’t like the HB flavor, and want a different brand. This is where going out and testing stuff can really help you make a choice.

Like many mentioned, they do have volume knobs. Depending on goals, you might want to go bigger so you can use it for jams or gigs (talking the 100-500w range.)
