Is lurking bad?

Hi everyone-

I have been "lurking" at this site for ages, never knowing what to say. I've been playing bass - electric & upright - for almost 30 years now (gad!) and am definitely entrenched in the industry. I live and breathe SWR amplifiers. Love 'em!

Anyway, it feels good to dive in and post something at long last...
