Is this a fair trade?

Hi! I'm new to the forum and I was wondering if you guys could help me out with this. I was thinking of trading my "92 fender Strat (Mexican made) plus 400 dollars for a 70s Ibanez Rickenbacker bass with a set neck, It is fitted with Seymour Duncan Rickenbacker pickups and Rickenbacker tuners. Is this a fair trade? What do you guys think?

Not a good trade imo. Those early pre-fire Fender's are nice.

So a lawsuit Ric? Don't know what they are worth but had a lawsuit les Paul (crest wood) go fo 500.00 here so look it up. I'm thinking the strat and 1-200 tops.
