Is this potentially a problem?

Dual truss rods on brand new IYV six string neck through. Both work fine and the neck is completely straight, but one being 1/8 of an inch or so higher than the other irked me. My guess is there's no issues beyond an aesthetic one here but I wanted to be sure (and yes, I know to be sure, I need to take it to someone in person.)

Nope. Dual trussrods are not doing the same work… one side is doing more than the other which is the entire point of dual rods. Put the cover on and play the thing.

That style of truss rods usually aren't glued solidly into the slots in the neck. When they are loosened up, into the neutral zone, they can often slide a little bit in the slots. Tightened up, they clamp themselves into position.

You can try that if you like. Loosen the nut of the left one enough that it turns freely. Put a rod or dowel against the nut and tap lightly on it. It may move enough to even it up with the other one. Then re-tighten it. Don't beat on it. If it doesn't want to move, then leave it alone.
