Issue with Genz Benz Shuttle 6.0

My Shuttle 9.0 has operated perfectly from day one. Same for my Mesa 800+. Agedhorse and Jeff Genzler should both be on the Mt. Rushmore Of Bass Amplification, as well as the Mt. Rushmore Of Outstanding Customer Service. Both of those fellows clearly take their part of the contract to heart!

I handle all Genz Benz and Subway amps, I can do the Magellan amps but generally it's better for Scott to handle this (Jeff can set it up).

I have a Shuttle 6.2 and 6.0 and have never had an issue. Agedhorse is less than an hour's drive
from where I live, so not a problem. I would not hesitate to send a Genz Benz amp to him
if I lived farther away.

I recently acquired a 6.0 that arrived with several "issues". I sent it away, was informed of the issues found, progress, and when work was completed. It only took a couple days on his end.

I used on a gig the other night and it performed perfectly! Much respect!

h I would keep it in the carry bag or heavy duty plastic bag to keep clean and dry.
