I always loved music but never took the leap. I took gu*tar lessons for a year and one day I picked up a bass. It was love at first note. I don't remember which note :D :bassist:
Graduating High School in 1967 and enjoying all that Motown and funk back then. I am sure it had a lot to do with it. ( yep I really did graduate HS) :D

Thats why we all need Gods mercy, none of us(mankind/womankind) ALWAYS remember. and greater men/women before us have tried and fell short, I'll stop there because I dont want to hijack the thread into something else.

again congrates on that bass, it looks sweet :hyper:

Great score dude! Quite a few of us were watching that auction! You'll love the way a Roscoe 6 plays and sounds! The down side is that you can't blame any of your inabilities on the bass! :D

Your bass top looks similar to one of mine. Here's a picture of mine.

He's the only reason I can groove at all!!! 4 yrs ago I couldn't play anything, now He has given me the ability to play a few different things. We are all seriously blessed!! Especially you, with your new score on that sweet Roscoe!! :bassist: Keep on keepin' on my man.

Bob,
It was actually your ying yang thang that inspired my picture! I thought about laying down between my Roscoe's in my boxer shorts (with little hearts all over them) and a rose in my mouth but I decided against it! :D
Probably a good thing too! I may have gotten banned from TB! :hiding:
