J from PJ GZR on a J

So I have this J pickup from a EMG PJ GZR set and I have this cheap Indio J bass, so why not replace the pickups?

The geezer set says: The J (PJ set) also uses Alnico 5 poles and features two custom wound split-coils.

Is there a most matching neck pickup somewhere?

The EMG JV-HZ seems like a close match, but it looks like the JV-HZ pickups are only sold as a set. The SJHZ seems to be the only passive (HZ) Jazz pickup sold as an individual neck pickup. However, the SJHZ has stacked coils, ceramic magnets, and steel non-exposed pole pieces. You could call EMG and see if they would sell a JV-HZ neck pickup separately.
