J Pickup Help

I'm looking for a new set of pickups for my Fender MIM Jazz. It's not necessarily that I'm seeking a new tone, but my bridge crapped out on me and I need a replacement. (It's been looked at twice to no avail.) While my neck pup isnt necessarily bad, I figure theres always rooom for impovement while I'm at it.

I'm looking for something around $100-120 for a set and needs to be easily avalible (no custom windings for me.) These need to be rather versatile, as I play in a jazz band, along with your average teenage rock-n-roll (everything from classic rock to a little metal, alternative, etc.) Neck should be a bit thumpy (think p-bass) and bridge should be a bit on the zingy side. I really don't know much about pickups so I need a little help.

Some pickups I've been looking at:
Dimarzio Area J's
Dimarzio Model J's
Bartolini 91J's
Fender Noiseless Jazz (I really haven't looked at these, but they seem similar to the Area J's)

I play through a GK MB115 combo, and occasionally run through a EHX Bass Big Muff.

The drag of it all is the fact that you won't really know how you like 'em until they're on your bass. All the ones you listed have gotten good reviews from their owners, but your tone requirements could be totally different.

I've been using Model Js a few years now and have always liked them. One feature I like is adjustable poles since i have a fairly radiused fingerboard.
Been thinking about Area Js as they're said to sound like single coils but are hum cancelling.

I've got a set of model J's in a mim j and they are pretty boomy. You might be able to get some zing out of the bridge by itself, but I favor the boom so I don't have a lot of experience with what else they may be capable of.

I've also got a highway 1 with stock pups in it and with a good eq somewhere in your chain you should be able to get good boom and zing. Don't know which model pup fender uses in the highway 1 though.

It might cost a bit more than you wanted to spend but a model J in the neck and an Area J in the bridge might be your ideal setup.

I recently picked up a new set of 9J1's in a trade but I'm sorry to say I have not tried them out yet so I can't say from personal experience what they sound like..
