Jack Socket to Warwick Streamer

Hi my dudes,

please help me to figure it out:

It is time to change the Jack Socket in my bass.
I've found on the warwick website 2 variants:

Apparently the difference between R4 & R5 is in the width of the plug that connects to the circuit board:
Warwick Online Shop - Different Replacement Jack Sockets??
My thought would be just to get a Switchcraft stereo barrel jack and re-solder the leads at the jack.

Positive. Most are, I’ve replaced a bunch of em, only seen a couple with R5

the wires are as well in a poor condition.. see foto.
Better to change all at once
