Jackson basses...

I need a backup bass for my trusty old Fender P Deluxe, and it's gonna be a Jackson JS3 concert bass, but before I buy anything I wonder what's the difference between a "regular" JS3 like this one: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] and the JS3QM Invalid Link Removed ?
And what about the David Ellefson signature, is it any good?..

Cool! However, a Charvel/jackson bass from the 80's just came up for sale in my country... [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] should I get that one or go for a brand spanking new Jackson?..
