Jazz Bass ? Fake ?

Hello all,

I have an old jazz bass for many years and i wanted to know when she was built so i sarted to check on internet and with the number on the back plate, it's says that the year is 1976 , i remember when i bought it the guys told me it was from 1972 and he gave me an invoice ( from USA - i'm in europe ) - i lost the invoice

So finally i decided to check on the neck, like i saw online, the date is printed on it but i was really surprise... there is nothing on my neck ! I can see WEBRIGHT on the back of the neck but no date !

So i'm starting to think that is not a real Fender ? Everything look original.

Anyone knows anything about that ? i take some pictures of the bass

I couldn't help but notice that the lower right neck screw hole is a bit off.

No worries, it's real. 1974-75 serial number too.
