Jazz Bass Series Wiring - No Switch

Hi - want to try series wiring my J-bass, however don't want to install a switch right now. Have had a hunt around and most seem to include adding push-pull switched... which I don't want to do right now.

It's a US Fender with Seymour Duncan 1/4 pounders.

Has anyone got a wiring diagram (or can anyone point me to a link with a wiring diagram) for this?

You can wire it like a P bass.

What extra wires from the two pickups?

The second volume gets removed from the circuit.
