Jmj and pj mustang necks

This might sound dumb but, would a pj mustang bass neck fit into a jmj mustang bass body or would it fit into a American performer mustang body?
I have the choice to buy a body of either but already have a pj mustang bass
Any help appreciated!!!

I'm fairly certain the pj neck will be compatible with either of those bodies

i was wanting to know the same thing, did you ever try? i'm thinking of buying a jmj body and put a p/j neck in it, thanks for any help you can give
