I decided to start a new thread for this build. It was inspired from a rebuild of a Carvin LB75 I did some time ago Carvin LB75 ressurection and started as a tribute build here
6 String Build Carvin Tribute. Essentially I took the Carvin neck through design, neck plane parallel to the body plane but 1/8" offset, and the thinner Carvin body. All my other neck through designs have tilted back necks and 1 3/4" bodies. Originally I was going to use the whole Carvin body and headstock design but ended up reverting to my own design. So here is where this ended, maple purpleheart neck with curly claro walnut on nogal with a dividing layer of ash.
