SWEEEEEET!
If I had the muscles to actually lift one of those onto the top of an 810 I'd be ll over that.

By the way what's your - 15 pad input doing because mine has been acting stupid lately. It has a noticeably lower volume and is cutting in and out. Sometimes it goes to full sound and then back to muted level. I was thinking about pulling it out and checking the input to see if it has a loose connection or a bad solder connection. My luck though, it will not be that easy of a fix.Came with the new tubes. Still trying to figure out the weird white noise that comes on for 2 seconds when I turn standby off. The low G vibration makes the amp breakup a bit at high volume, maybe a loose tube. Little annoyances that I need to fix...I'm super ocd but this head sounds so good!
Well it was the 25th year of the SVT but I don't think they commemorated it with a special edition. Missed opportunity. Here's my funky logo svt but I really like the logo myself. And this one, so I was told, was the anniversary year and had the old style badge. That's really why I was gassin for it. Call me shallow but when you pair it with an 810 you will not be sorry you got it. Oh you did steal it too. I paid 1200 bones for mine. But don't regret it one bit. By the serial number mine is a 94. Is that's an ampeg anniversary???
Well he just told me that that year had the old scroll badge but I have never seen another one like that. He may have just bought it from fliptops and put it on there.Well it was the 25th year of the SVT but I don't think they commemorated it with a special edition. Missed opportunity.
It wouldn't surprise me. But you know what. I'm glad he put that one on there cuz I like the block ones better. I can tell you if I ever sell it (which will never happen) I just buy but I have a problem with parting with anything, it will have a script badge on it for the new owner.I thought it wasn't till the late 90's that they went back to the script logo. I think that badge with the lower case block letters is correct for that time period.
