My goal on retirement is to rid myself of too many basses. Today, I started to harvest the parts out of basses I can't sell and not using - my oldest bass whose neck has cracked the 3rd time, my early failures at part basses.
Got the brand name and decent looking axes spruced up and ready to sell. Means the SR5, the Japan and American fenders that had not been altered
This will get me to 4 electric basses, 1 5stringer, 2 4's (fretted and fretless) and a 6 string and one upright. By the time I retire, I may not be able to play the 6 string anymore.
Maybe at some point. I'll just have 3 basses - fretted, fretless - upright
