K5 possible problem

Hi, Could anyone help me? I've bought new Ibanez K5 BKF and have some doubt.

Should I need to worry about this?

I'm talking about how neck goes into body

No worries!

About your neck - I wouldn't be worried about that, either. It's just the angle the neck pocket was cut. If the setup is OK, you're fine.

Looks like the neck was shimmed, to get the action a bit lower. No prob! I've done that to several of my basses when the bridge saddles were bottomed out but the neck and fretwork were good enough to go lower without buzzing.

could even be the bolts holding the neck to the body, sometimes they don't like to do their job right. swap two of them diagonally.
