Kala Ubass tuned in 5ths?

I've been looking at those strings, they've been around a long time & they're tuned EADG (4ths), but the Italian factory that makes them starts from the high strings:

old thread but the string packs exist now..

Aquila 91U THUNDER REDS, BASS Ukulele/Ashbory Set 4-string, GDAE Tuning

or

Aquila 68U Bass Ukulele Strings Thundergut, GDAE, Tuning Stability [Set of 4] White

^ This. The tradition, here, is to list open string pitches in a tuning from treble to bass. Not really intuitive, when compared to the usual system (open notes as if looking at the nut of a right-handed instrument held vertically, headstock up); however, it's the same order as that of diameters on a string set packet, if you think about it.

great! the only reason I don't have them is the fact I thought they were fifths tuning.. idiotic that the were so misleading. thanks for clearing that up.
