Anybody know much about this bassist? I really dig his electric playing and tone on Shelby Lynne's album of Dusty Springfield tunes. Tasty. Wondering what his gear is, etc. No slouch on the 'ol upright too obviously:)

The Shelby Lynn album is really nice very sparse lots of bass. In places it sounds like Kevin is playing his acoustic bass guitar overdubbed . I do find it hard to believe it was nominated for an engineering award?
