I play bass in the house band for all of Bowzer's big oldies shows. We had a show at the Mohegan Sun Arena yesterday and Sunday. On the bill was this 12 year old kid named Kid Kyle. I was really dreading this deal because I hate to see 12 year olds with better careers than me. Kids today are usually on the snotty side, let alone kids with a good and legal income. But it turns out this kid is the real deal. Sings great and has a really humble attitude. He was a total pro. And he actually feels the music and sings it with conviction. Made me feel good about kids again after having to deal with some of my kids' goofball friends. Hope I get to work with him again sometime.
