Up for grabs we have some used LaBella Copper white nylon tapewound strings in regular gauge that I bought from a fellow TB’er but ultimately didn’t fit my jazz bass, even though these were fitted on a fender jazz by the previous owner.
The G string some how is too short for my Harley Benton fretless jazz. These are very nice strings, nice and smooth, great articulation, and really versatile considering they are tapewounds. They are brighter than some flatwounds I’ve used, but feel incredible on your fingers.
So, these are cut for a FENDER jazz bass, or maybe a 2x2 or 3x1 headstock.
NOTE: i tried stringing the G string on my fender P bass and it’s just too short. These will fit a 2x2 headstock or a 3x1 only. Or the 4x1 5 string headstock (minus B string).
