Someone did try this pickups?

im a bit confused with the 60 henrys of inductance that appears in the site´s info (a fender jazz pickup is about 3.4).

But im asking for some opinions in general (tone, Eq, output, etc.)

That must be a typo. They probably meant 6.0H, not 60.

But you can't go by that anyway, because of the way they are made. The DC resistance spec is for the small transformer coil that steps up the main single loop aluminum coil.

If they meant 6.0 H, is strange that the P Aluma is 2.7 H, and the DC is almost the same (J=5k, P=5.3K)

I'm in the same boat.
I have a friend who runs alumitones in all of his electric guitars and swears by them.
I'm, definitely curious how they sound in a bass.

I can give you a little related info. I have run the predecessors to your friend's guitar pickups, the TranSensor and the California Convertible, in guitars of mine. Since the bass models are based on the same technology, the attributes should be similar.

What I found with these models of Lace's inductance-based pickups is that they have a more open, transparent sound than any traditional pickup I have used. They really help bring out the natural attributes of the instrument and strings. Brights are more crystaline than ice-pick, lows are more resonant than muddy.

Why doesn't everyone use them? They are very "hi-fi." They look different. They aren't cheap, and are usually a special order item. But, if I had a bass to use them in right now, I would.

I just received a Lace Aluma J neck pickup as a gift, would it be recommendable to use it as a bridge pickup in a PJ project?
