Lakland 55-01 upgrade

Hi guys I’ve bought a Lakland 55-01 but I want to change the preamp and the pickups in it, I’m having trouble finding the right replacement for the preamp.
the Bartolini website says the replacement is an NTMB+f but when I checked the wiring diagram it shows a mid switch and all other preamps of different brands also show a switch or a push/pull mid knob, my bass has neither of these. My controls are volume with push/pull active/passive , treble, bass, pickup blend and mid, 5 knobs in total I can’t seem to find any preamp with this configuration, any advice appreciated thanks

I've owned a 55-01 for over 15 years now and it's been through a ton of different mods. All US Bartolini. Then Nordstrand pickups. Briefly a Delano preamp (which I received in error and did not like). Then back to the original Asian Bart pickups with the US Bart pre. It currently has Aguilar Super Double pickups and an Aguilar 3 band preamp. It's been in this config the longest.

Yeah I’m trying to find which preamp to get but none of them seem compatible they all come with a switch but my bass doesn’t have a switch just five control knobs

As you can see in the picture there is a switch but Lakland basses do not have a switch

I have a 55-01. It has Nordstrand JazzBar pickups, which are single coil like early 60s Fenders, so it's very similar to a jazz bass. I swapped out the mk1 preamp for the USA Lakland oem unit which I think works great (see lakland website for full specs). I should note that I generally run the bass in passive mode- I'm not really a huge fan of active EQ. In the rare instance that I do engage the preamp I find that it's very transparent sounding.

I use the MK1's with an OBP-3 in an Ibanez but my Mensinger 5 with Aguilar DCB-D4's (...actually a 6 string pickup installed at an angle) and OBP-3 is simply the liveliest of the bunch including Fernandes, US Barts / Noll, and Nordstrand Big Splits / Audere.

Long ago that I sold mine, but it's not a big deal to go with a switch...if that opens up options for you (pics)
