Lakland neck swap

    Sorry if wrong area to post, but would a MIK Lakland 44-01 neck fit on MIK Lakland DJ4? Would it require any modification?

    Now in Oregon
    Even if they have the same size neck pocket, I think the DJ is a 21 fret bass, and the 44-01 has 22 frets--so you've got a problem right off the bat with scale length.
