First the new Stingrays and now this. That JOBB sounds very tempting. Wish the normal skyline JO would come in white or something. Will have to see the teal and silver first I guess.

Seriously...Are these actual street price or MSRP? And when do these hit the street?
Is the BG5 the Nordy Pickup or did they decide on the Chi's?
My dealer knew nothing about it....lol, he loves hearing it from me. He has put in a call to get 2 basses ordered as soon as they are ready to take orders. WooHoo!
Lakland / Hanson pickups!

Personally, I loooooove those colors. Can't decide which one I want more!
Oooooohhhh...they made their own P5, eh?![]()
could this be the cure for my green bass GAS... I don't know. I might roll with a Sunburst JO4BB, rosewood with a mint guard.
IIRC, in a Lakland Club thread, Markus told me these have Chi-Sonic technology, too.
Wait, now I'm confused. So is the P5 going to be like a traditional P5 Pickup or in a Chi-Sonic Shell.
Essentially will it look like the Teal LOG P5 Bass or the Current attempt at a LOG P5?

Traditonal shell, sorry, should have explained.
Old school looks, Chi technology.
And hopefully, it's still two half coils in series.

The US ones do not use Hanson pickups. Do these? If not then it will not have Chi technology in it. Only the 4 string Precision pickups would.
