landmark300 blues

So ive got a 300 head running into a fender 210&115 pro rig (4ohms) which to me seems like a great rig.
but everytime i get it to gigging levels, the thing just cracks and farts out, especially when i try to dial in some mids (anyone familliar with tech21 will know how scooped the tone is)
gig levels arent that loud (small pubs, fairy quiet band) and ive own smaller amps that havent made the same noises as this...

just wondering if any other landmark owners have suffered my problems?

in my estimation 300w into 4ohms is not enough watts for "loud" gigging. I use 550w into 4ohms AT CHURCH and sometimes feel like I should have more on reserve. 300 person room btw.

also if you run the "blend" too far clockwise you will run out of many mids and be adding watt wasting low bass, I think. I had an RBI and I tried a LM300 in another church setting. The landmark didn't cut it for the loud church I was at. typical stage volume was between 105 dbC and 110 dbC.
