Let me share some Love for Larry Sim's Bass playing.
He's been a real inspiration for me, especially when I was young. His Bassline in "Peacemaker" is just about my favorite Bass line I've ever heard. (My opinion, of course!)
This songs has several "parts" and he really sets the mood for all of them. Listening to Larry has helped my own bass playing immeasurably.
Please give this song a listen, and see if you agree that Larry Sims is an amazing Bass player, and, in my opinion, super underrated.

The L&M drummer Merel Bregante lives close to me and has a wonderful studio Cribworks Digital Audio where he is the producer and engineer.

I'd never heard of Larry Sims until I heard Angry Eyes for about the 903rd time and finally wondered "who is that bass player?" I just started playing about 5 years ago at 57 years old. Now I hear some great bass lines and players. Thanks for sharing.
