Theremins are fun. I've been meaning to build/buy one for years. I've even got this on Laserdisc:

The NIN DVD/CD "And all that could have been" Has great Theremin use. Charlie Clouser i believe. Watching him play on the DVD is cool as hell. I too have been meaning to get one, someday I will.

My wife has one - I think it's the standard Etherwave. I have to admit that I gave up pretty quickly on it. For that matter, she did, too. Theremins are definitely cool, though!!!

I actually saw Jason Newsted use one a couple of years ago when Echo Brain played a club here in Dallas. He made some really cool noises with it. I've seen another band use one and it's seemed pretty neat.
