Hey. I've only been playing bass for a couple of months and I'm teaching myself. I learned all the notes within the first hour I was playing. And since then I've just been working on finger speed and fretting and picking and stuff like that. Since I'm teaching myself, what else should I work on?

Hi and welcome to TB! :)

There is an endless amount of knowledge that you can get through these forums. You should for example take a look at the Technique forum and also General instructions.

There are many knowledgable folks here so just take a look!

Also try to use the Search function first. Odds are that some of your questions have already been answered here many times and the mods always appreciate a user who knows his way around the search function ;)
