Double Bass Lento and Zapateado?

I've been working on this piece in my bass lessons, but as my bass teacher says, its out of print as of a long time ago. I can't seem to locate a copy, does anyone know where I could find one? Piece info: Lento and Zapateado, composed by Harold M. Johnson, Op. 12A, Copyright 1940 by the Fillmore Bros. Co.

Yes, I have it, from my 1976 recital. Just got it out again to practice, a classic!
