Four piece band. Drums. Bass. Guitar. Keys. Three of us sing.
Ages late 20s to mid 40s.
TL;DR: Stop reading and suggest some songs.
Straight up bar gigs. We aren't trying to reinvent the wheel. This is a side project for all of us. We just want to play the gig, have some beers, have some laughs, collect the money and go home. My primary goal is to get my wife onto the dance floor.

All good players. We are NOT looking for really obscure songs, but don't mind putting our own spin on something. Not opposed to doing songs originally recorded by women, but we are all dudes. So, Natural Woman would probably be.....awkward.
One vocalist can do standard issue mid to low classic rock and country.
One vocalist is pretty much the singer for Racal Flatts with not quite the range as that guy. He sings as well, just not quite as high. He will sing whatever but I just wanted to give you a voice comparison.
I sing Delbert McClinton to really high rock. I have done Journey and Duran Duran and pulled it off pretty well. I used to have to sing Your Love by The Outfield about three times a show because the audience insisted on it.
So our vocals pretty much run the gamut.
Good ears and ability to sing backups from all three. So three part harmony is not an issue unless all three parts are sky high.
Guitar player has more style than any I have ever worked with. He can do the fast flashy stuff but Blues, soul, classic rock is his wheelhouse. My favorite musician to be on stage with hands down. He's the one who doesn't sing, but he doesn't need to. His fingers do the talking for him.
There is no genre we are diametrically opposed to, but keep in mind this is a bar gig. Pop, funk, soul, R&B, rock, country are all good. Not opposed to a new song. Everything needs to be a pretty big hit.
I wouldn't mind pulling out surprise every now and then. One of those "Holy crap! Nobody plays that!" songs. But for the most part, let's stick to the bar band hymnal.
Probably won't do Mustang or Brown Eyed Girl unless requested, and the we'll play the crap out of them.
With that lineup, what would you play? No wrong answers. Just have fun with it.
