Let's hear your bands! (live)

And now here is my band. I posted a thread asking how I can cut through better because my guitards are stupid about stage volumes. This was the show where I used all the suggestions given to me.

The video is absolutely horrible. Too dark and can't see anything. The sound quality is "ok".

No PA. I'm using my Hartke stack (4X10 and 1X15) with the Carvin R1000.

It's some metal.

Oh yeah... and our drummer can't keep time so we are blazing through the song at stupid tempo.

I play with my fingers and there's only so much speed I can physically achieve with my digits.

I've been looking for a thread to show my bandleader some love in:

81 year old bluesman Texas Johnny Brown doing his song "There Goes the Blues",originally recorded in 1949.

(first 5 minutes only)

Edit:This really should be moved from Live Sound.I have no idea what the PA set-up was.Obviously video cam.

I watched that the whole way through.. awesome.

The live bar and outdoor stuff was recorded with Zoom H4 about 30-40 feet from the stage. The Live in Studio stuff is 2x Behringer B2-Pros About 25 feet apart and 15' 6' high in front of band. 3x Behringer B1s 3' from each amp 2 for stereo guitar and 1 for bass. 1 Behringer B1 floor stand 8' from bass drum and 2 Behringer c-2 on stereo bar above and behind drummers head recorded to DAT.... Yes! we used the Behringers because that's what we could afford at the time and they got the job done case close!

Our gigs are listed on the page too, so feel free to come out if you're game.

These were recorded live in the studio. We recorded 8 or so takes in 2 hours, so it was kind of an old school, "warts and all" session.

We since have gone to a four-piece as the harmonica player was too busy with his other project.

This is easily the most talented blues outfit I've been a part of.
