Double Bass Light vs Light plus Gamut G string

I would like to get some feedback about Lyon G light vs Lyon G Light Plus. How is the tension between the two sizes? What about the sound? Is the light too flexible?

i dont have a lyon, but i have a pistoy medium, and i wouldnt want to go any lighter than that. i do have light for the D string and that's almost too heavy. light D and medium G balance well together.
