Line 6 g70 transmitter power switch broken

After 8 years of stellar use the power switch on my G70 transmitter broke at rehearsal last night. So I'm pondering what to do. I cant seem to find a replacement anywhere. Has anyone had experience sending back to line 6 for repairs? Or do I upgrade/replace with new?

Do not know about their small accessories but with amps they will not touch them after a few years.

Is the switch broken as in it now "floats" or does not stay in either position properly, or does it feel and act the same but but does not power on? If the latter you could take it apart and try flushing the switch out with some contact cleaner.

So I took it out at home yesterday and now it works fine. I played around with the switch and was unable to replicate the problem. I just don't think I can trust it at a show, so I managed to score a g70 system used from GC for $300 which I should get in a few days.

If it works mechanically and electrically in a consistent manner and feels the same, I would count on it.
Once in the on position I don't think it would go off, at least not the one in my G50.
If I can't count on a piece of gear I get rid of it.
I had a guitar tuner that became intermittent. Felt good to squeeze it to death in a big vise.
