I know there are alot of questions about tone. I'm wondering for the tone on Livin' on a Prayer - Bon Jovi. I don't think it's especially unique but it sounds like it isn't straight out of the amp, or at least what I sound like straight out of the amp. I'm leaning towards compression, but I'm not exactly sure if that's it. It definitely has some punch and just sounds confident for lack of a better word. Not sure if it has overdrive or some other effect or what. Any help breaking down this sound?? I'm rocking a Hartke LH1000 fyi.
