logging out

Last Monday I noticed that my avatar was missing and I couldn't view anything in the lounge. I figured that my subscription had expired without warning, so I paid into renewing it.

I'm still where I was. I thought that maybe I'd need to logout and log back in to update my status.

When I click 'logout', I get a box that says that all cookies have been cleared, but I'm still logged in.

You'll need to clear your cookies - in Internet Explorer pull the Tools menu down to Internet Options and delete all cookies to start fresh.
