I am going to go look at this amp combo with a 10,whats the consensus on these? At this point I am learning and playing at home.I am almost leary of buying used again but new is so expensive!

Looking at Genz Benz 3.0 ?

I have one with the 8 inch speaker cab. I use the head with an Acme B2 for my church rig and carry the head to the little cab for my practice.
I really, really like this little head. The little cabs are very good for what they are as well. They seem to go a lot lower than cabs anywhere near their size. It is too bad Fender bought Genz Benz and closed them down. If I was looking for a more powerful head, I would consider the shuttle series first. If you can get a good deal on the 3.0 and cab, I wouldn't hesitate. Because they are no longer made, and really are great amps, they seem to me to be going up in price.

Well unfortunately, if you want a Genz Benz amp these days, you're probably gonna have to settle for used; GB got bought out by Fender, and closed down. Plenty of used amps and cabs pop up (especially in the Classifieds section here!), but alas that's all your likely to find these days...
I know they are no longer in business,the one I am on my way to look at is at a music store.I will not buy used from a pawn shop again but maybe from TB or a store.They are asking 325 sounds like a deal so I am going to check it out
I use to have the 3.0/10t combo and it was great for its size. The keyboard player in one of my bands had one and wanted another so I sold him mine since I had the 6.0/12t also. FWIW he paid me $500.00 for mine so $325.00 sounds like a good deal to me.
