Hi pals, I'm looking for a Combo. At least 300w and it has to be light (no more than 40 lb) Any suggestion? (I like classic sound, no much bright)

The new GK line of MB combos would be my first suggestion,,,,,, but since you want the old school non-bright sound then the TC BG250 would fit exactly what your looking for,,,,,,, weighs well under 40lbs, loud as hell if you turn it up, built in tuner and effects,,, and very inexpensive.
It's not 300watts but it is a screaming loud punchy 250watts !!!

In the 250 watt range, rather then 300, I really liked the TC Electronic BG250 and will most likely get one myself in the near future... Try it out!
A Markbass CMD 102 falls in that range. 350 watts or 500 watt with an 8 ohm extension cab. Just a shade over 40 lbs.
With a combo amp, the MOST important feature is the ability to add an ext cab. More speakers equals more volume. Any combo amp that is incapable of "adding on" an extra cab is a very limited piece of gear. The MarkBass combo's can expand, as will the GK 210 combo, and many others. But there are many more that do not.
thank you guys for your answers! From my point of view there's only one snag MarkBass have got; there's no any headphone's connection.
+1 on the TC Electronic BG250.
I use it for practice and for gigs where I know I'll have PA support. For the latter I'll put it up on an amp stand so it's at ear level and I can hear it great. The XLR out makes it easy to go into any PA, and the built-in 5-string tuner works well too. I even sprang for the $50 foot pedal to mute it so I can tune quietly.
I drive a 2 door sedan and this combo never leaves my trunk. I can fit it with my accessories bag, mic stand and gig bag for my bass.
It has that Tone Print deal, but that novelty wore off quick. I do use the Tone Print compressor though, I just don't "zap" it with anything else.
As far as tone; well for me it's mostly a practice amp so I'm not expecting too much out of it. But I think it's decent enough to use live. The tone settings take a tiny bit of getting used to as they're not your typical "bass" "mid" and "treble". They will boost and cut at different frequencies so it takes a little getting used to.
One thing is for sure. It's the lightest bass combo I've ever seen! When I first got it and showed it to my bandmates they couldn't believe how light it was.
